PRONTO VALUES SMALL BUSINESS
It may be surprising that a multinational software company is showcasing the latest version of its flagship solution to the coal-face of the Darling Downs and the Surat Basin, but that’s exactly where the team from Pronto Software is headed.
Pronto will be among more than 90 exhibitors at the 2016 Surat Basin Expo being held at the Toowoomba Showground on June 15-16.
Pronto Software’s marketing manager, Paul Goepfert, says “Our vision has always been based on delivering innovative tools that allow our clients to excel and prosper in whichever field they may be in – from mining to manufacturing, distribution to retail and services.
“In fact, our software is being constantly reimagined with new functionality based on years of listening to feedback from customers, including those based in the Surat Basin.”
Pronto works with various small and mid-market businesses across our region, ranging from Tilly’s Crawler Parts and TJM Products, in Toowoomba, that have less than 100 staff, to Hyne Timber in Maryborough and Greyhound nationwide and with 800-plus staff.
These companies utilise Pronto Xi, a customisable business management solution, combining next generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software with advanced Business Intelligence (BI) technology to enable users to uncover critical business insights.
The proudly Australian-owned company, founded in 1976, has a clientele of 1700 customers around the nation with global partners in multiple countries including New Zealand, USA, Singapore, Canada, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Mr Goepfert says the company’s 400 employees, with 70 in Queensland, are all dedicated to simplifying IT for businesses. “We create business management software that helps customers get the absolute best out of their business.
While Pronto Software is an Australian grown company, Mr Goepfert is in fact French, and been with the technology vendor for more than 18 years.
Mr Goepfert said the technology replaces “an operator’s gut feel decision” with “real-time insights allowing managers to make informed decisions that improve operations”.
“Users are provided with out-of-the box intelligent reports, pointing to areas where the business can turnaround losses, survive and thrive.”
Mr Goepfert says Pronto outperforms its major rivals by actively listening to customers and adapting a solution that best meets their needs.
